Nipun’s Project, Umang, provides vocational training to underprivileged youth in Nihal Vihar (in West Delhi). Classes include basic computer skills, dress design, beauty Parlor, and accounting. The trainings include spoken English education and job exposure visits at BPOs, spas, beauty parlors, chartered accounting firms, retail stores, NGOs & schools.

The accounting course with Tally Software trained 110 students in its third year.

This year, Project Umang II was inaugurated in Kapashera, Delhi, with classes in computer science, beauty & wellness, and self-employed tailoring.
